• Solstice-related mindfulness activities: stopping and looking at the rhythms of the earth, the body, and the cosmos through movement and stillness.
• 3 Demetries menu by Montre Bennett: summer salad, fruit salad, rolls.
• Free childcare on site, including nature play and socializing.
• Tickets: children $5, adults $15; or pay-what-you-can.

About

Holistic Wellness Circle is a spiritual family created in collaboration between Soil and Soul and Cocoplum Nature School, two nonprofit organizations. Funded by Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County and lululemon Centre for Social Impact, Holistic Wellness Circle seeks justice and healing for families experiencing economic oppression, especially families of color with very young children. We meet every Tuesday, 6:00 to 7:30 pm at Cocoplum Nature School in Delray Beach. No experience is necessary. All ages are welcome.
